1-The full Antenatal & Hypnobirthing (8 hour course) Is ideal if you’re expecting your first baby and want to take only one birth preparation course that will get you all covered.
2– The express hypnobirthing (4 hour course) is ideal if you’re taking a NCT or Bumps and baby course and want to add Hypnobirthing to your preparation.
